NRS Announces Saturday Operations for All Tax Offices Nationwide

The Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) has officially extended its operating hours to include Saturdays across all business offices in Nigeria.

This special initiative runs from May 8, 2026, to June 27, 2026, according to an official statement released by the Service.

As the NRS officially moves to Tax 3.0, taxpayers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the new interface. We have provided a [Complete Rev360 NRS User Guide] to help you navigate the login and filing process without errors.

All Emerging, Medium, Large, and Government Business Offices will now be open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. every Saturday.

The move is designed to support taxpayers as the first phase of the new Rev360 tax administration system commences.

Support for Rev360 Phase 1 Rollout

The NRS stated that these extended hours are specifically aimed at helping Medium and Emerging taxpayers transition to the new digital portal.

Officials confirmed that staff will be on hand to provide technical assistance for those experiencing difficulties with the Rev360 system.

The timing also coincides with the peak filing period for Companies Income Tax (CIT), which typically hits a high point in June.

By opening on weekends, the Service intends to reduce the pressure on weekday operations and ensure every taxpayer remains compliant.

Access and Compliance

Taxpayers are encouraged to use these Saturday windows to resolve pending tax matters and seek professional guidance from NRS officers.

The Service emphasized that this is part of a broader commitment to delivering “efficient and taxpayer-focused” services.

For those requiring detailed support, correspondence can still be directed to the Executive Chairman at the NRS headquarters in Abuja.
